-
You suspect the issue with food, body and your weight is psychological
Dr Claire Hamlet
People seek psychology support for different reasons. Some want to feel more in control around food, some want to improve their wellbeing and habits, and some want to work towards weight loss.
My approach starts with understanding your experiences, your goals and what feels important to you. Together, we work towards changes that feel realistic, compassionate and sustainable.
Where helpful, your support can also include professionals such as nutritionists or personal trainers to provide a more joined-up approach to wellbeing. These are trained in psychology-based approaches my myself or other psychologists or mental health experts
